Hesap oluştururken Kullanım Koşullarını kabul eder ve bu Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında veri işleme hakkında bilgilendirilirsiniz. Bu kabul reklam rızası değildir. Firebase Analytics veri toplama özelliği mevcut sürümde kapalıdır. Crashlytics ve Firebase Performance, kişisel metin içermeyen hata ve performans teşhisi için yayımlanan sürümlerde çalışır. Reklam rızasının gerekli olduğu bölgelerde Ayarlar ekranında gösterilen Reklam gizlilik tercihleri aracılığıyla Google UMP formunu yeniden açabilirsiniz.

Toplama Yöntemi ve Hukuki Dayanak

Veriler; uygulama kullanımı sırasında hesap oluşturma, giriş yapma, kullanıcı işlemleri, satın alma doğrulaması, hata raporları, güvenlik kontrolleri ve izin/onay ekranları üzerinden elektronik ortamda toplanır. Bu veriler; sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi, uygulama güvenliği ve hizmet kalitesine ilişkin meşru menfaatler ile izin veya açık rıza gerektiren reklam işlemleri için Google UMP üzerinden verilen kullanıcı onayı kapsamında işlenir.

Yurt Dışına Aktarım ve Hizmet Sağlayıcılar

Firebase, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Google, Apple ve benzeri hizmet sağlayıcılar verileri Türkiye veya kullanıcının bulunduğu ülke dışındaki altyapılarda işleyebilir. Bu aktarım yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması, abonelik doğrulaması, güvenlik, hata giderme, reklam/onay yönetimi ve yasal yükümlülükler için gerekli olduğu ölçüde yapılır. Kişisel veriler üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

Veri Paylaşımı

Kişisel verileriniz üçüncü taraflara satılmaz. Veriler, bu politikada açıklanan hizmet türleri ve reklam onay ekranlarında gösterilen güncel yetkili ortaklar üzerinden, uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli olduğu ölçüde işlenir.

Veri Saklama Süresi

Verileriniz hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesap silme işlemi tamamlandığında kullanıcı hesabına bağlı uygulama verileri, kullanıcı tarafından gönderilen hata bildirimleri ve yerel hesap kayıtları silinir. Kimlik doğrulama, satın alma, güvenlik ve altyapı kayıtları hizmet sağlayıcıların geçerli saklama süreleri ile yasal yükümlülükleri kapsamında işlenebilir.

Kullanıcı Hakları

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
• İşlenen verilere ilişkin bilgi talep etme
• Eksik veya yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
• KVKK madde 7 kapsamında verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
• Otomatik analiz sonucu aleyhinize oluşan sonuca itiraz etme
• Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silme talebi başlatma
• Verilerin yapılandırılmış, yaygın olarak kullanılan ve makinece okunabilir bir formatta tarafınıza aktarılmasını; teknik olarak mümkünse başka bir veri sorumlusuna doğrudan aktarılmasını isteme (veri taşınabilirliği)

Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler

Bu gizlilik politikası, hizmetlerimizdeki değişiklikler veya yasal düzenleme güncellemeleri sonrasında değiştirilebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi yenilenir.

Yaş Uygunluğu

Japonca Cepte 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altındaki kullanıcıların uygulamayı ebeveyn veya yasal temsilci gözetimi olmadan kullanmaması gerekir.

What Data We Collect

• Email address, sign-in credentials, and basic account information provided through social sign-in providers
• Username and selected avatar
• Learning progress, favorites, notes, word lists, and game statistics
• Subscription status and purchase verification records
• Device and performance information, error logs, and crash reports
• The explanation written by the user in an error report, an optional contact email address, and limited technical details required to investigate the issue
• App integrity verification tokens (bot and fraud protection, via Firebase App Check)
• Ad display and ad interaction data; premium users do not receive ads
• Hash-based request information that does not contain the source text and is sent to Cloudflare and Google Cloud Storage audio endpoints
• Notification preferences and session settings stored in local device storage
• A local preference stored on the device solely to remember the language selected on the official web pages

How You Can Manage Your Preferences

When creating an account, you accept the Terms of Service and are informed about data processing under this Privacy Policy. This is not advertising consent. Firebase Analytics data collection is disabled in the current version. Crashlytics and Firebase Performance operate in release builds for error and performance diagnostics that do not include personal text. Where advertising consent is required, you can reopen the Google UMP form through the Advertising Privacy Preferences entry shown in Settings.

Collection Method and Legal Basis

Data is collected electronically during account creation, sign-in, user actions, purchase verification, error reporting, security checks, and permission or consent flows within the application. This data is processed on the basis of contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests related to application security and service quality, and user consent provided through Google UMP where advertising activities require permission or explicit consent.

• Google AdMob (Google LLC) and bidding/mediation partners authorized through AdMob — ad delivery and measurement for free users. Current advertising technology partners are available in Google's provider information and in the consent form displayed where applicable.

International Transfers and Service Providers

Firebase, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Google, Apple, and similar service providers may process data on infrastructure located outside Türkiye or the user's country of residence. Such transfers are made only to the extent necessary for application operation, subscription verification, security, troubleshooting, advertising/consent management, and legal obligations. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

Data Sharing

Your personal data is not sold to third parties. Data is processed through the service categories described in this policy and the current authorized partners shown in advertising consent flows, only to the extent necessary for the application to function.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When account deletion is completed, application data linked to the user account, error reports submitted by the user, and local account records are deleted. Authentication, purchase, security, and infrastructure records may be processed under the service providers' applicable retention periods and legal obligations.

User Rights

• The right to learn whether your personal data is being processed
• The right to request information regarding processed data
• The right to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion or destruction of data under applicable data protection laws (including Article 7 of the Turkish KVKK for Turkish users)

• The right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and, where technically feasible, to have it transmitted directly to another controller (data portability)

Changes to this Policy

This privacy policy may be updated following changes to our services or legal regulations. We will announce significant changes within the app and refresh the "Last updated" date.

Age Eligibility

Japonca Cepte is not directed at children under the age of 13. Users under 13 should not use the application without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
