Silinmeyen veya Gecikmeli Silinebilen Kayıtlar

• Google Play ve App Store satın alma kayıtları mağaza sistemlerinde tutulabilir.
• Güvenlik, yasal uyumluluk veya altyapı gereği oluşan bazı log kayıtları sınırlı süre sistem tarafında saklanabilir.
• Firebase Authentication ve benzeri altyapı kayıtları, hizmet sağlayıcının geçerli saklama süreleri ve yasal yükümlülükleri kapsamında işlenebilir.
• RevenueCat abonelik doğrulama kayıtları ve mağaza satın alma kayıtları; abonelik yönetimi, güvenlik, uyuşmazlık çözümü, yasal veya muhasebesel yükümlülükler kapsamında ilgili hizmet sağlayıcıların kurallarına göre sınırlı süre saklanabilir.

Önemli Not

Hesabı silmek Google Play veya App Store aboneliğini iptal etmez. Yenilemeyi durdurmak için hesabınızı silmeden önce mağazanın abonelik yönetimi ekranından otomatik yenilemeyi kapatın.

Veri silme akışı kayıtlı kullanıcı hesapları içindir. Misafir kullanım kalıcı bir bulut hesabı oluşturmaz; veriler aynı cihazda yerel olarak tutulabilir ve uygulama verileri temizlenirse veya uygulama kaldırılırsa kaybolabilir.

How to Initiate a Data Deletion Request

1. Open the Japonca Cepte application.
2. Go to the Profile and Settings screen.
3. Use the Delete My Account option.

Categories of Deleted Data

• Account and profile information
• Favorites, lists, and notes
• Word, lesson, and game progress records
• Cross-device synchronization data
• In-app points and premium status data

Records That Are Not Deleted or May Be Delayed

• Google Play and App Store purchase records may be retained by the store systems.
• Some log records required for security, legal compliance, or infrastructure reasons may be retained on the system side for a limited period.
• Firebase Authentication and similar infrastructure records may be processed under the service provider's applicable retention periods and legal obligations.
• RevenueCat subscription verification records and store purchase records may be retained for a limited period under the relevant service providers' rules for subscription management, security, dispute resolution, legal, or accounting obligations.

Important Note

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. To stop renewal, turn off automatic renewal from the store's subscription management screen before deleting your account.

The data deletion flow is intended for registered user accounts. Guest use does not create a permanent cloud account; data may remain locally on the same device and may be lost if application data is cleared or the application is uninstalled.
